I'm the example of what happens when you don't train your mental game. Going from the top of my game in high school to struggling in division 1 college. I lost the starting position...twice. I tried hyping myself up, pushing through, hoping it would sort itself out on its own.
It didn't. And that's when I learned: competitive sports is a stress test. It's a filter system. And if you don't mentally train for it, it will weed you out — like it does 90% of athletes.
My mission: Make sure that doesn't happen to you. This isn't therapy. You don't need to be fixed. You just need to train the mental muscle like you do every other muscle. That's exactly what I do.

Mental Performance Coaching For Athletes
We offer services for all age groups, with specialized programs for individuals aged 13 and above.
No. You just need to be 100% committed. We've seen youth players with higher commitment than professionals. The greater the commitment, the greater the results.
However long it takes. We start typically seeing progress within 2-3 months but get real lasting results between 4-6 months.
This is mental performance coaching or consulting. This is not mental health therapy. Alex holds a Master's in Sport and Performance Psychology and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), but is technically not a sports psychologist, sports therapist, or counselor.
Most of our athletes choose virtual but we do have in person options located near Wesley Heights in Charlotte North Carolina.
We set goals based on your mental game and not performance outcomes because we cannot control those. We have weekly check-in's to make sure you are seeing results and tracking them.
The investment varies based on the number of live sessions and the depth of the work needed. Most athletes invest between $2,100-3,000 depending on the depth of coaching. During your consultation, we’ll determine what’s right for you.
