Go from overthinking and frustrated to confident and consistent in 90 days with a 1:1 mental performance program tailored to you.
Overthinking: Your mind starts spiraling before a competition or after a setback.
Hesitation: Second-guessing instead of trusting instincts in the moment.
Pressure: Feeling the weight of expectations from coaches, teammates, or time.
Frustration: Knowing you can do better, but something’s just not clicking.
Inconsistency: Great in practice, but can’t seem to replicate it in games.
You train. You commit. But your mind gets in the way
Time pressure - "If I don't get it together soon I'll lose my chance"
Outside noise - "What's my coach, team, or friends going to think of me?"
Inner tension - "I wish I could just get out of my head"
Stuck cycles - "Why can't I just perform like I did before?"
You may have tried positive self-talk, "sucking it up," and maybe even visualization or meditation, but it falls short, furthering your frustration.
This isn’t a pep talk. It’s about tools, systems, and reps to develop mental skill to get out of your head and in the game.
Confidence: Not just thinking, but knowing you have what it takes.
Control: You can stay grounded no matter what the situation throws at you.
Consistency: You bring your best more often — not just once in a while.
Flow: You can perform in competition like you do in practice.
Focus: You're competing freely, focused, and locked in — without overthinking.
