​Individual Sessions
Are you or someone you know wanting to be more focused, mentally stronger and more confident? Individual sessions are 50 minutes done over zoom. We will train you on various sports psychology topics including identity formation, mental toughness, focus, rebounding from mistakes, playing under pressure, and confidence.
​Team Sessions
Does your team need help with chemistry, consistency, culture, leadership or performing to a standard regardless of the opponent? Team sessions are done either in person or virtually. Length of sessions can run from 30-90 minutes depending on an agreement with the organization and consultant. Schedule a time to go over the details here.
